PADI PRO · LEADERSHIP
Turn the thing you love into the thing you do.
The professional path is an apprenticeship, not a classroom. You'll assist on real courses with real students in real Cape Town conditions — mentored one-on-one by a PADI Master Instructor who has trained dive professionals for nearly two decades.
The first professional rating: dive theory mastered, skills polished to demonstration quality, and real experience guiding and assisting. Structured as a mentorship around your schedule — finish with 60+ dives and a job qualification recognised worldwide.
The first half of the Instructor Development Course: learn the PADI System of education, present knowledge segments, and teach skills under supervision. Arrive at your IE-ready IDC already ahead.
That's literally what instructors are for. Tell us your experience and your goal — we'll chart the route.
